As well-funded generics entered the category and competition intensified, Pamol needed a smarter way to compete, and Pixi Digital was brought in to make organic search its core acquisition channel. We built content around the moments parents turn to Google (fevers, teething, colds and earaches) and structured the strategy around the Dose Calculator as the main pathway for those searches. The result was #1 Google NZ rankings for the brand's most valuable queries and steady organic performance through every winter season since.

A brand-new website meant Flo was starting from scratch, with searches for its own products and brand name ranking on pages four and five of Google, where hardly anyone looks. We were brought in to take charge of its organic search channel, mapping keywords to priority category and product pages, building relevance around specific needs like infant nasal drops and sinus rinse, and going after competitor searches.
